 Orders:
- We accept orders by e-mail, phone, fax,
or online (our
preferred method).
- All orders must be paid by credit card. Although
we collect the credit card information at the time of order, we
do not charge the customer's credit card until the merchandise
is
shipped.
Payments
- Credit Cards: We accept Visa, Master Card and American Express.
- Checks: We accept personal checks only. Company
checks are not accepted. There will be a $30.00 fee for
checks that are returned for any reason.
Alteration
- We will alter uniforms provided the alteration request complies
with the schools' dress code.
- Alteration cannot be undone and therefore it makes the garment
non-returnable. Customer must sign an alteration authorization
form agreeing with
this term and condition.
- We offer garment hemming services as follows:

Shipping
- We ship via UPS.
- We cannot ship to post office box. The shipping address
must be a physical address.
- Delivery of merchandise can take from two (2) to six (6) weeks.

Returns & Exchange
- Merchandise must be in unused and resalable condition, have
the original tags attached, and cannot have been altered or washed.
- The original receipt is required for all returns
and exchanges.
